In this one i focused more on the scenary then on the actual theme... The bird symbolizes freedom, the sun a bright future, and hands which are the focal point, symbolize the message- just hold on tight and everything will be alright.

I really like the picture you used for the main image for this. It's very strong. Holding hands as an image for "Hold On" is cliche and should probably be avoided.
I think this one is really neat! I love how the hands fit into the picture and fade into the sun:)
